Which days are you in the Melbourne markets in Footscray?
We are at the Melbourne Markets every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Who do you deliver to?
We deliver to florist shops, flower wholesalers and other retail businesses. We do not deliver to private homes.

What days do you deliver?
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings we deliver between 9 am and 12 noon to the hills and some suburbs. Currently this run takes in the hills, Croydon, Endeavour Hills, Hallam and Berwick.

On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, we deliver between 2 am and 10 am. This run we go into the city and surrounding suburbs also heading toward the bayside area. Some of the suburbs we deliver to include the inner city, Preston, Springvale, Mentone and Black Rock. (Please note we require a key to your shop for this delivery run). If you are unsure about which areas we are currently delivering to please contact us.

Do you produce roses all year round?
Yes we do produce roses all year round. Our roses are all produced in climate controlled glasshouses. Production does slow a bit during the cooler months due to the lack of daylight at this time of the year.

What is the availability of wedding colours?
Some of the more popular colours do sell out regularly. For the best chance of receiving the varieties you require, order at least 2 weeks prior to the delivery date. If for any reason we cannot provide you with exactly what you need our sales staff will contact you, to try and find an alternative.

What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 8 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8 am to 2 pm on Friday.
We do not open on Saturday or Sunday.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Payments can be made via credit card, EFT, cash, cheque or direct deposit.
